The Service required shall be provided for up one year with a clear Service User exit strategy. When the support is no longer required, it moves onto another person who needs it. 1.2.4. The Service is expected to support a minimum of 200 service users per week with an estimated allocation of 4 hours per person per week. This includes 30 dedicated Mental Health clients. The support will be flexible according to need and the Service User hours can therefore fluctuate up or down. This method shall dictate the capacity of numbers supported.
