The scope of the work is of all project values to provide an emergency response service during working hours only. Works will include but is not exclusive to: * Full or partial dismantlement of buildings or structures using mechanical or hand demolition techniques. * Temporary structural support to building elements (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) * Reinstatement of building elements if demolition is not a feasible option. (Via 3rd party contractor is necessary) * To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) * To provide heras type fencing. * To secure buildings to prevent access to dangerous buildings. * To sample and remove asbestos.

Demolition enabling and emergency security works 24hrs

The scope of the work is of all project values to provide a planned and 24hr emergency response service during working hours only. Works will include but is not exclusive to: 1. Provide during and out-of-working hours emergency response including: * To secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access. * To provide heras type fencing. * To provide site security (via 3rd party contractors if necessary) * To remove or secure minor hazardous building elements, which pose a threat to public safety, for example but not limited to: Loose tiles and slates Shards of glass hanging from window frames Loose guttering or downpipes 2. Provide demolition enabling works during working hours including: * To clear building of chattels and fittings as required * To secure buildings to restrict unauthorised access * To provide access for surveys and inspections * To re-secure buildings which have been opened to unauthorised access * To remove hazardous building elements which pose a threat to public safety
