This new model will ensure that a person centered approach is undertaken at all times using a strengths based approach. Service delivery will be split across 4 geographical locations (Lots 1- 4) with one Primary and one Secondary provider for each of the Lots Lot (5) will be opened up on an annual basis for the first 4 years to allow any organisations to apply to become Approved Providers. The same evaluation process will be followed and conducted through YORtender starting on the first year anniversary following commencement of the contract.
