This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses specialising in construction management, architectural services, and engineering solutions, particularly those with demonstrable experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Companies that can provide strategic development advisory services, stakeholder engagement, and effective project management will be well-placed to compete. EDC's selection process will follow a restricted procedure, which means that potential service providers should be prepared for an evaluation phase before the invitation to tender, enhancing the chances for qualified firms to secure a pivotal role in this transformative project.
