## Summary

LLW Repository Ltd, trading as Nuclear Waste Services, is planning a significant tender entitled "RDP Major Civil Works" within the construction industry, with an estimated contract value ranging from £140 million to £180 million. This procurement is currently in the planning stage, with market engagement scheduled for 25th March 2022. Interested businesses must register their interest by 7th March 2022 to participate in the virtual event, where further details will be shared. The project will take place at the LLW Repository facility near Drigg Village, Cumbria, England, and is expected to span 8 to 10 years.

This tender presents substantial business opportunities, particularly for companies specialising in civil engineering, construction works, and environmental remediation. Firms engaged in excavation, earthmoving, and land rehabilitation are well-suited to compete. As the buying organisation seeks to collaborate with a Main Contractor for the project's successful delivery, businesses with relevant experience and expertise in managing large-scale construction projects are strongly encouraged to participate in the planned market engagement event.
