## Summary

The Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland is initiating a Pre-Market Engagement exercise for the procurement of a website redesign and engagement solution, categorised under IT services (CPV code: 72000000). This process is currently in the planning stage, with a deadline for submitting completed questionnaires set for 3 PM on the specified date. The aim is to gauge market interest and inform potential suppliers of the upcoming procurement opportunities related to PONI’s requirements. The engagement document includes a questionnaire intended to collect insights from interested organisations to refine the later procurement strategy.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in IT services, including consulting, software development, and internet solutions, to engage with a key public sector authority. Companies offering innovative web and engagement solutions are particularly well-suited to compete. Participating in this process could not only enhance supplier visibility with the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland but also allow for the development of tailored offerings that align with public sector needs, potentially leading to future contracts and partnerships.
