This Market Engagement will focus on the below points in relation to bike/ebike hire scheme: - Technological advancements for additional stations and simplicity of moving docking points etc. - Geographical scheme expansion; to include the entirety of the city of Lincoln as well as villages in the periphery including Branston, Washingborough and Nettleham. - Bike/ebike specifications. - Reporting information. - Concessionary Contract. As part of the process the Council is keen to engage with the supplier market to help finalise The scope and particulars of the opportunity offering. As part of its pre-market engagement strategy, the Council is offering a short window for interested suppliers to engage in virtual 1-1 meetings with the Council or to submit a response to a written questionnaire. Following market engagement, it is anticipated the Council will utilise either the Restricted or Open procedure to invite interested candidates to tender for the opportunity. The Council will likely look to appoint a single for a four year period with option to extend.
