## Notice

Tower Hamlets Council is seeking a suitably experienced and skilled provider to provide the following. The Council is currently undertaking a project to upgrade the existing street-based CCTV systems and is seeking a contractor to undertake the upgrade of street-based fibre optic networks and associated switches/media convertors. This will include the attendance to each street camera network termination location, each existing street cabinet, removal of the existing CCTV communication end point assembly and cabling, and the installation of a new network switches and media convertors with cabling including final connection to local power and network provision.

Scope of works The following is an outline of the scope of works for this project: 1. Prepare design documentation. 2. Prepare health and safety documentation. 3. Supply and install fibre optic cables. 4. Supply and install fibre optic hardware. 5. Supply and install fibre optic transmission equipment. 6. Preparation, splicing, termination, testing and commissioning of fibre optic cables. 7. Patching out, testing and commissioning of fibre optic transmission equipment. 8. Develop and supply as fitted documentation.
