Premises or land will require either: * Permanent Monitoring for rats, mice, cockroaches, other specified pests listed against the relevant property (and other pests as identified by the Contractor) of the specification plus a reactive service for these and other specified pests; OR * A reactive service for responding to reports of rats, mice, cockroaches and other specified pests.
