Supplier will support the Estates team in providing the security of the buildings

Options: Optional 2 extensions on the contract for 1 year each - creating a total possible contract length of 5 years and forecast total contract value of PS1,343,531 GBP if all options are utilised

Renewal: 3 baseline years and two (2 ) options to extend the contract for twelve (12) months- For maximum contract length a total of five (5) years under the same scope and SoRs
