## Notice

This notice is seeking expressions of interest to provide required services to complete the staged transition of YWS SAP systems from ECC to S4 HANA, and maintenance of the newly migrated ECC functionality into S4HANA, including but not limited to, Work and Asset Management, Complex Scheduling, Materials Management, Logistics/Warehousing, Health & Safety and a range of other capability areas provided by S4HANA. This notice will result in the appointment of a framework of Systems Integrators (SI) who are capable of providing services across requirements, design, blueprint, proof of Concept (PoC), build, test, deploy, hyper care, rollout and ongoing service management for future stages of the ECC6 to S4 HANA transition. This may also include the support of the solution once it is implemented. The suppliers appointed on the framework may also be required to deliver the following kind of services: Project Management, business change management, process design, requirements analysis, solution design, service design, technical advice and planning, quality control, design assurance, configuration and development activities, system integration, testing, business continuity management, transition into support / provision of support, service retirements, security and a variety of other services required by YWS from time to time. Any estimated quantities or values contained or referred to in this or other documentation are for guidance only and do not bind YWS to buy any specific quantities should the bidder be successful and enter into an Agreement.

Once a bidder expresses an interest, the ITQ document pack will be shared with them. This will include the ITQ document that must be completed by all bidders and returned to the above email address by 12:00 (GMT) on 1st April 2022. All clarifications on this document should be shared with Dharmesh Depala (Dharmesh.depala@yorkshirewater.co.uk) through email by 17:00 (GMT) on 14th March 2022. YWS will periodically consolidate clarifications that would be relevant to everyone and share the response to these with all bidders anonymously. Following an assessment of responses received for ITQ, successful suppliers will be invited to the RFP stage. Service Description: YWS is seeking to appoint a group of SI (systems integrators) to complete the staged transition of YWS system from ECC to S4 HANA. Key objectives that YWS is looking to fulfil through the appointment of the SI is modernising and simplifying its systems, driving innovation and supporting digital initiatives. The SI may also be required to provide services related to the design, development, integration, and support of a range of existing and future applications related to the SAP and asset management solution suite. Specific services might include, for example, impact assessment & planning, technology enablement, application of industry / process expertise, change management and continuous improvement of the SAP environment and related technologies. Suppliers would be expected to provide services related to assessment and planning, implementation and ongoing application management. They may also be required to support the delivery of data migration / cleansing activities, including partnering with other 3rd party providers to engage, manage the overall data migration and ongoing maintenance. The SI would also be required to deliver services surrounding Change management across people, processes, systems and data. The SI would provide support for a range of quality assurance, defect resolution, testing and release management services. The SI may also be required to provide services related to cloud adoption. Suppliers will be expected to have strong capabilities in optimising processes and managing organisational change while assessing the impact of and deploying S4Hana systems. The supplier appointed to the framework may also be required to deliver the following kind of services: Project Management, quality control, design assurance, configuration and development, system integration, testing, business continuity management, transition into support / provision of support, technical advice and planning, process design, requirements analysis, solution design, service design, service retirements, security and a variety of other services required by YWS from time to time.
