London Transport Museum (LTM) are seeking an ecommerce fulfilment and warehousing supplier. The contract will be for 4 years with the option to extend for a further one year (4+1). London Transport Museum's online business has grown consistently year on year, in the financial year 2020/2021, online revenue grew by an extraordinary 60% against the previous year, contributing 80% of total retail sales. This demonstrates a significant shift to online shopping during the pandemic and has created a step change in the way London Transport Museum customers are engaging and shopping with our brand.
