The trust has organically grown the number of member Academies steadily over a number of years and is careful to bring in new institutions that are a good fit in terms of both the joining Academy, and the Trust. The Trust has a growth strategy in place that will see up to 4 sites per year joining GLT throughout the lifetime of this contract. The geographical spread of GLTs academies is across Surrey, Berkshire, and Gloucestershire. Future additions may fall outside of these geographic boundaries.
