Velindre University NHS Trust requires the refurbishment of Multileaf Collimator (MLC) precision film lubrication process and replacement parts for Varian Medical System Linacs. Therefore the Trust is proposing to directly award a contract to Varian Medical Systems for the provision of MLC precision film lubrication process and parts by placing reliance upon Regulation 32 (2) (b) (ii) (competition absent for technical reasons) Please note that this is a Ex Voluntary Transparency Notice to inform the market of our intention for 10 calendar days ending midnight on 12th March 2022.
