Currently 2F066/067 consists of one large classroom and one small classroom. The College wants to remove the dividing wall and create two equal size classrooms complete with IT facilities including all other works associated with the refurbishment. This is an actual job that the College tends to award to the highest-ranking bidder for completion July and August 2022.

Construction and FM Consultancy

Consultants will be required to fulfil multiple roles, including but not limited to: * Lot 2: Architect, Principal Designer, Project Manager, Cost Consultant, Client Advisor, Quantity Surveyor, Draftsman, Building Surveyor, Civil/Structural Engineer.
