This is a modification to the original contract and requires to be procured from the awarded contractor. Additional work under this contract was envisaged and included in the original award.

This modification is to meet the increased scope as per changing Government policy. This is required to maintain necessary supply and remove unnecessary disruption from the Authority at this time in line with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015
