A number of specific transformative skills areas such as prioritisation, decision-making, digital leadership, agile leadership and leading hybrid teams were identified as areas of focus. The target audience includes all leaders from first line operational team leaders through to business managers, senior leaders and executives. The aim is to obtain the capability to deliver niche and specialist leadership development interventions in specialist subject areas. Specialist providers will have deep expertise and extensive experience in providing high-quality development interventions in relevant specialist areas.
