We're looking to work with trusted partners to deliver learning experiences which will consist of the following: * Leadership Masterclasses - The masterclasses will cover a range of topics from managing change to coaching skills. They will likely last between 1-2 hours and be delivered to groups of leaders across the business either online or in person. * 1 to 1 Coaching/Group Coaching - We offer coaching to senior colleagues either on a 1 to 1 basis or within teams. * Insights - Insights is our preferred psychometric tool for individual and team development. We are rolling out Insights across leadership teams/project teams so it becomes embedded into our organisation. This work requires 1 to 1 coaching sessions focused on colleagues' insights profiles along with team insights sessions. * Bespoke team development - we also have a regular need to work with teams of particular development areas.
