Lot 1 - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Non-Obstetric Ultrasound (NOUS) The Contracting Authority was seeking a direct access for NOUS and MRI, Head and Neck service that will aid early diagnostics and avoid the need for unnecessary referral to secondary care, ensuring a local service with staff qualified with appropriate levels of skill and experience, using equipment which complies with the most up-to-date guidance set by the Royal College of Radiologists, connection to NHS image transfer solutions, the ability to integrate with the e-Referral system, robust performance management systems and stringent levels of clinical governance. Awarding a single service contract to one successful Bidder with an anticipated maximum total value of PS2,530,000 with an annual value estimated at PS506,000 (CQUIN and MFF excluded). Bidder Wrightington Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust was awarded the contract for Lot 1.

Lot No 2 - The Provision of a Community Diagnostic Service - Adult Hearing Screening - NHS Wigan Borough Clinical Commissioning Group
