Lot 2 - Therapeutic Residential Care Children and young people requiring a therapeutic residential placement, with preparation for family living, who are normally resident within the Dorset Council area. This is an Open Framework. Annually during the Term, providers who are not on the Framework, including those that have previously applied and failed to become Framework providers and those whose Framework Agreement has been terminated (but excluding any whose Framework Agreement and/or Call-Off Contract has been terminated for Contract Non-Compliance) will be given a further opportunity to obtain a place on the Framework Agreement. The Council will advertise the re-opening opportunity before the anniversary of the Framework commencement date or as defined by the Council's business needs.
