These are off the shelf applications with some bespoke elements, initially implemented in 2016. The scope of this procurement is for the Contractor to undertake the support and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 (customised) and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 (customised) and the associated syncs and web services used by CFO.

Options: After the initial contract period of 22 months there will be options to extend the contract for a further two periodsof one year each. 22m + 1y + 1y
