Key Deliverables: Produce a recruitment plan for target overseas markets; Implement a bespoke campaign to meet the Trust requirement and in line with all relevant registration, immigration and other overseas legal requirements; Undertake the end to end recruitment process including: candidate engagement, interviews, post-employment HR support, candidate deployment, UK arrival and pastoral care. Recruitment Target: 360.

Renewal: Option to extend for a further 24 Months in 12 Month intervals.
