## Summary

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is planning a tender for the project titled "What Works Hub for Global Education (WWH)", aimed at delivering a platform to enhance the effectiveness of education systems globally. This service-based procurement, primarily falling under the category of foreign economic-aid-related services, has a budget of £55 million. An Early Market Engagement (EME) event is scheduled for 30th and 31st March 2022, with suppliers encouraged to register their interest via the FCDO Supplier Portal to receive updates and further details. The next anticipated future notice date is set for 1st March 2023.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses specialising in education, research, and implementation science, particularly those with expertise in evidence synthesis and data analysis. Companies that can facilitate training for government ministries in data use and context-specific evidence will find this project well-suited for their capabilities. Engaging in this procurement process can help organisations expand their reach in international development and establish fruitful partnerships with government bodies dedicated to educational reform.
