The Contractor would be financially and operationally responsible for providing all aspects of this contract e.g. planning, designing, set up/build, resourcing, securing and negotiating with stall owners/providers, restoration of grounds, utilities etc. Additional information: Please note that this procurement exercise may fall below the FTS threshold and as such, a contract notice may not be placed.
