The Authority will consider a fully-managed service provision for either a single software solution or two separate systems linked by open application programming interfaces (APIs). Previous PIN notices 2021-532196 (FIU eQMS) and 2021-599027 (FCIU Accreditation Database & Case Management System) have been superseded by the requirements outlined within this PIN. The solution(s) must provide for the provisions outlined in ISO 17020 and 17025, and must be compliant with legislative and regulatory body expectations (including, but not limited to, MOPI, BS-10008 and the Forensic Science Regulator (FSR) codes of conduct and practice). A short summary of the solution you will be recommending in response to the above, including whether you recommend a single software solution, or two solutions linked by open API. A brief overview on your experience with providing a fully-managed SaaS solution to other police forces in relation to CMS & QMS solutions. TVP will use an eSourcing system for this competition.
