The council is seeking a Provider to deliver the Start-Up Programme. The Start-up Programme aims to provide support to residents who are interested in exploring self-employment but may not yet have a business idea, right the way through to early-stage enterprises who are at an early stage of trading and want to sustain and develop their enterprise.

Growth enterprise support contract

The primary aim of the Growth Programme is to support entrepreneurs who have been trading for some time and wish to grow, to develop their enterprise and achieve their growth ambitions. Depending on the stage and aspirations of the enterprise, this could mean supporting them to generate finance, scale up their products or services or create employment opportunities.
