Businesses with expertise in coordinating social schemes and promoting community well-being are well-suited to compete. The selective procurement process involves negotiating terms based on quality and price criteria. Interested parties should be prepared for a standstill period and potential debriefing post-award, in line with the Regulations. The contract offers the potential for extension based on evaluation and funding availability.
