The Carmarthenshire CC sees Third Sector, Voluntary and Community Organisations as crucial partners in both building community and individual resilience and in delivering services to support people's well-being. This event is an opportunity for Providers to have a say and influence the development of a future delivery model. The event will be held on: Monday, 4th April, 9:15 to 13:00 and you will have a choice to attend either in-person at the National Botanical Gardens, Llanarthne, Carmarthenshire OR Virtually via Zoom. Please see attached document with registration details. Mae'r Cyngor yn ystyried bod Sefydliadau'r Trydydd Sector a Sefydliadau Gwirfoddol a Chymunedol yn bartneriaid hanfodol wrth adeiladu gwytnwch cymunedol ac unigol ac wrth ddarparu gwasanaethau i gefnogi llesiant pobl. Mae'r digwyddiad hwn yn gyfle i Ddarparwyr gael dweud eu dweud a dylanwadu ar ddatblygu model cyflenwi ar gyfer y dyfodol.
