Lot 1

NHS Lanarkshire Health Board, a statutory body constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 ("the Board"), wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of Water Management Services to NHS Lanarkshire ("the Services"). A Specification detailing the mandatory requirements of the Board is provided in Appendix 1- Specification. The contractor will be required to provide planned services including; water sampling, showerhead and hose replacements, thermostatic mixer valve/ tap servicing, and tank cleans and chemical disinfections as well as reactive services including but not limited to supply, installation and maintenance of filters and flushing of systems.

Options: Where necessary the Board may utilise the successful Contractor for additional services related to the Water Management throughout the duration of the Contract.

Renewal: The contract duration will be 12 months with an opportunity to review and extend the contract for a further period of 3 x 12 months thereafter. (1+1+1+1).
