## Notice

Cheshire East Council is looking to source a contractor to design, build, operate and manage a 5.4 MWp (minimum of 3MWp) ground mounted solar PV farm. The value given in this notice is an estimation and indicative only and is based on the estimated gross development value plus the operation and management for the initial 3 year contract period and extension option of up to a further 24 months for the operation and management. Proposals exceeding PS3,500,000 for the design and build element will not be accepted.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Cheshire East Council (the Council) wishes to install a 5.4 MWp (3 MWp minimum) ground mounted solar PV system on a land adjacent to the In-Vehicle Composting (IVC) facility in Crewe. The Contractor's responsibilities will include all management, survey, design, construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance of a fully functioning PV system. The Contractor will act as the post contract Principal Designer and Principal Contractor as per the meaning and requirements set out in the Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015. Additional information: This procurement exercise will be conducted on Cheshire East Borough Council's electronic contract and tender management system at the www.the-chest.org.uk Organisations wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and provide additional required information through the contract and tender management system. Expressions of interest must be by way of completion and return of the invitation to tender ('ITT') (in accordance with the requirements set out in the ITT) by the date and time specified in Section IV.2.2). Contract for the duration of 36 months with the option to extend by a further 24 months.
