The Contractor shall only utilise suitably qualified personnel in connection with this contract. The Contractor shall comply with all requirements of any statute, statutory order, bye-law or regulation, Code of Practice issued by the British Standards Institution, United Kingdom Accreditation Service, Health and Safety Executive, or equivalent, currently in force. On occasions the Contractor will be expected to provide an immediate emergency service outside of Normal Working Hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
