## Notice

2.2 Scope of Works The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises the following Workstreams: * Periodic and Routine Tasks; * Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours); * Major works; * Out of Hours Emergency Works; and * Technical Inspections. Orders may be placed in respect to Works to: * Tenanted Properties; * internal and external Common Parts (including garages, bin stores, refuse chambers and the like); * managed leasehold Properties; * sheltered housing Properties; * supported housing Properties; and * other Tenures. Orders may be placed throughout the Contract Period for Works to individual Properties or Schemes. Properties and Schemes are likely to be occupied by Customers of the Client whilst the Works are undertaken. Works may take place to any or all of the Properties. The Client expects the same high levels of satisfaction with the Works to be enjoyed across all ethnic groups. This will be the subject of regular review throughout the Contract Period and action will be required where necessary. The Contract is to maintain all Schemes owned or managed by the Client. This includes the Properties of any other organisation that the Client manages now or in the future and any additional Properties the Client subsequently acquires by development, stock transfer or purchase. A number of the Schemes and estates have trees which are subject to "Tree Preservation Orders", the Service Provider is to allow for all conciliation and liaison with the relevant local authority Tree Preservation Officers in respect of any works required to any protected trees, and if required submit any official planning application required, any local authority fees incurred in connection with a planning application to the local authority will be reimbursed at nett cost.

the Client intends to enter into a Contract with the successful Tenderer (the "Service Provider") for the periodic and routine grounds maintenance (including horticultural and tree works), cleaning services to hard landscape and associated buildings to its Properties to meet its repairing and maintenance obligations as a landlord. Grounds Maintenance: * Grass Cutting * Litter and leaf picking of grassed and planted areas * Maintenance of planted areas * Hedge cutting * Horticultural works * Maintenance of OAP, Customer and Void Property gardens * Maintenance of trees * Tree surgery Drainage and sewage works * Clearance of open culverts, ditches etc * Snow clearance and/or gritting Cleaning Services to Hard Landscape and Associated Buildings: * Litter picking and weeding * Cleaning and clearance * Bin and Refuse Stores * Playgrounds and play equipment * Hard landscaping Undertaking Tree Surveys when instructed. Liaison with local authorities in connection with Trees having Tree Preservation Orders The Contract will be let on an "all-inclusive" basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft Articles of Agreement completed in accordance with the Contract Details included with the ITT Documentation.
