## Notice

Due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Post is now considered an unfriendly state by the Russian government, making it almost impossible to run a procurement process as there are limited organisations willing to conduct business with Post/meet our requirements. Post has sought and approval granted to extend the current security contact for a further year (subject to Nortel's agreement).
