The University required a contractor who could meet all of our service specification requirements for the regular maintenance of these grounds and would be willing to undertake additional ad-hoc grounds maintenance/landscaping duties from time to time.

Options: The contract is for 2 years and the term may be extended in 1 year increments provided that the duration of the contract shall be no longer than 5 years in total.
