Crawley Borough Council is inviting tenders for partnering consultants to provide CDM Principal Designer consultancy services. This will include providing general advice and implementation to all the Council's professional services in developing new build and refurbishment projects, providing general advice and implementation of the Council's housing refurbishment and asset improvement programme, and other associated services. Based on current and anticipated expenditure, Crawley Borough Council estimates that it may spend PS23,000 per annum; however, this is subject to fluctuating demand, external funding arrangements, and other circumstances.
