## Summary

The NHS Rotherham Clinical Commissioning Group is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for an Integrated Neuro Rehabilitation Service, following a selective tender method. The planned procurement has a total budget of £3.6 million, intended for a contract period starting on 1st October 2022 and ending on 30th September 2024. Interested providers must submit their written submissions through the Health Family Single e-Commercial System by 12:00 Noon on 22nd April 2022, regarding the anticipated service model and pricing structure. The service will primarily be delivered in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, which has a population of approximately 267,000. This procurement aims to secure a comprehensive neuro rehabilitation service that encompasses both bed-based and community nursing provisions.

This tender presents substantial opportunities for businesses within the health services sector, particularly those specialising in neuro rehabilitation, community nursing, and integrated care models. Companies that can mobilise services swiftly and demonstrate a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach are well-suited to compete. Additionally, organisations with experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and providing holistic care solutions will have a competitive advantage. As the current service is transitioning, businesses taking part in this procurement process may also encounter potential staff transfer scenarios under TUPE regulations, further enhancing the significance of this opportunity.
