One cluster of 16 'standard' supported living tenancies (to include one shared unit for 4 people ) and 4 self-contained 'plus' units: 20 units in total.

One cluster of 12 self-contained 'standard' supported living tenancies and 4 self-contained 'plus' units: 16 units in total.
