## Summary

The East Suffolk Council is currently inviting suppliers to participate in the Lowestoft Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), aimed at delivering the Lowestoft Town Investment Plan. This tender, classified under construction work with a total estimated value of £150,000,000, is at the active tender stage. Suppliers can submit responses for various lots, including Architectural and Design Services, Specialist Services, and Works valued at different thresholds, all due by 21 April 2032. The procurement method employed is a selective procedure, and the DPS will provide diverse contracting opportunities over the next decade, aligning with ongoing and future projects in the region.

This procurement process presents significant opportunities for businesses in the construction and consultancy sectors, ranging from local firms to national providers. Companies providing services like architectural design, engineering consultancy, quantity surveying, or construction services, especially those with capabilities to handle varying project sizes, will find this a beneficial opportunity. By becoming pre-qualified suppliers, businesses can access multiple tenders within the DPS, allowing them to compete for contracts that contribute to the local development and revitalisation of Lowestoft.
