Options: The initial contract is for three years. At the end of the initial contract period there are two options to extend for a further two years each, making a potential contract length of seven years.

Renewal: There are two options to extend at the end of the initial 3-year contract period, of two years each: 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2027 01.09.2027 to 31.08.2029 This makes a potential total contract of seven years.
