This framework will be replacing the current NPS All Wales Adverse Weather Forecasting Framework-- NPS-CFM-0086-18 when it expires in September 2022. It is anticipated that the key customers for this agreement will be the Welsh Government and its trunk road agencies; and the majority of Welsh local authorities but the agreement could be used by any eligible Welsh public sector or third-party organisations.
