The purpose of the contract is to provide comprehensive Taxi Services to the named Trusts. The service will primarily consist of regular and ad-hoc journeys, transporting passengers to and from the hospital sites and other locations, but may also include the transportation of blood and samples, and other items between sites. The Trusts require a 24:7 service operating 365 days of the year. The contract will run for an initial period of twenty four months with the option to extend for a further two periods of twelve months (2 x 12) subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor
