CPI are willing to accept bids with alternative items provided that they are relevant to their respective lot category. Where item codes have already been provided these are for indicative purposes based on items currently used and CPI will accept suitable alternatives, however, the current chemicals that CPI have procured have been through a qualification process to ensure they are fit for purpose for CPI and customer processes. Should a new line of supply be successful, any products proposed will be subject to a qualification process to ensure suitability prior to onboarding/ordering.
