## Summary

Northamptonshire Children's Trust, under the North Northamptonshire Council, recently completed a procurement process for the "Therapeutic Interventions Dynamic Framework," classified under health and social work services. This initiative, part of a limited tender process without prior publication, aimed to establish a framework agreement lasting for one year with an option for a further year based on budget availability. The procurement was finalised on 3 April 2022 after a period of intense bidding, with a total contract value of £2.6 million. The services are intended for delivery in the regions of UKF24 and UKF25.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in therapeutic interventions for children and families. Companies involved in health services, particularly those offering psychotherapy, creative therapies, and support programme training, would be well-positioned to compete. The framework's design to accommodate multiple service providers encourages a competitive environment, enabling small to medium enterprises as well as larger firms to participate and expand their service offerings within the public sector.

## Notice

Northamptonshire Children's Trust Authority is commissioning Therapeutic Fostering Interventions. The Children's Trust is setting up a Framework Agreement for 1 year plus a 1-year extension, pending budget being available for year2 for the provision of Therapeutic Fostering Interventions. The objectives of this Framework Agreement are to have a range of Providers that can provide high quality Therapeutic Fostering Interventions to the Trust's clients - both the children and young people the Trust is supporting and their wider family network who may also require the service. The service specification describes a requirement to establish a framework agreement with several Service Providers to supply Therapeutic Fostering Interventions to clients depending on the individuals' specific needs.
