## Summary

The Department for Education is planning an early market engagement event for its "Flexible Working Programme May 2022." This initiative aims to collect insights from the market to shape the future delivery of flexible working in schools. The event is scheduled for 19 May 2022, and it is part of the planning stage of the procurement process, which falls under the education and training services category. A possible procurement opening is anticipated around the week commencing 20 June 2022.

This engagement presents valuable opportunities for businesses specialising in education and training services, particularly those with experience in delivering flexible working initiatives within educational settings. Companies that can provide innovative training and support solutions, as well as those interested in advocating for culture change in schools, will be well-suited to participate. Engaging in this tender could enable businesses to contribute to a significant educational programme and expand their reach within the sector.
