We are now seeking to explore, via this notice and associated market engagement/request for information, the potential to combine future needs in to one contract or if separate contracts are more appropriate. This will help to inform CPS commercial strategy for this potential requirement. Please refer to the additional information contained in this notice. ### Lot Information Lot 1 CPS has a number of individual contracts encompassing a range of services relating to key financially related systems which support CPS day-to-day business operations. These individual contracts are for: BACS and Cheque Payments Supplier Portal Interface and Marketplace Hosting Services Reporting and Analytics toolset with modelling and scenario planning provision Fees Calculator The contracts expire at different times between March and October 2023: BACS and Cheque Payments - 31 March 2023 Supplier Portal Interface and Marketplace Hosting Services - 31 March 2023 Reporting and Analytics toolset with modelling and scenario planning provision - 31 October 2023 Fees Calculator Given the staggered expiry dates of the current contracts, CPS is considering commercial options and strategy to let new arrangements as there is a continuing need for the services - not necessarily "as is". CPS is also reviewing the future requirement and responses to this notice and an RFI will assist us to take into account market opinion/feedback.
