## Summary

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is in the planning stage for a tender titled "Market Awareness Event - Provision of online standards, databases and publications". This procurement falls under the services category, specifically focusing on subscription services as defined by the CPV classification (79980000). The event is scheduled for the 25th and 26th of May 2022 and will be conducted via MS Teams. Suppliers interested in participating must register their interest by 18:00 on the 23rd of May 2022, with subsequent opportunities for one-on-one discussions during the event.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in digital services, publishing, and online resource provision. Companies capable of delivering online databases, publications, and technical standards information would be particularly well-suited to compete. The MoD's aim is to gather market interest and ensure the procurement process is shaped effectively, thus encouraging suppliers who can demonstrate value for money and have experience in negotiating licensing agreements for digital content to engage actively in this process.
