## Summary

The Plymouth City Council conducted a tender process for Hard Facilities Management Services, covering various maintenance provisions for Council-owned buildings and sites. The procurement stage was marked as completed, with separate contracts awarded for nine lots, such as General Building Repairs, Marine Works, and Asbestos Analysis. The Council placed a significant emphasis on quality criteria, social value, and pricing throughout the process. The procurement method used was a selective procedure with a restricted format, attracting bids from various suppliers.

This procurement process, led by Plymouth City Council, offers a significant opportunity for businesses in the construction industry specifically focused on hard facilities management services. Companies providing building repairs, marine works, asbestos analysis, electrical compliance, and more are well-suited to compete in this tender. With clear descriptions of specific requirements per lot and a transparent procurement method, interested businesses have a chance to contribute to the maintenance and development of Council-owned infrastructure in Plymouth.
