The aim of this Expression of Interest is to; 1. To inform JUCD's decision-making process for the future commissioning of the Population Health Data Management and Analytical Insights Platform. 2. To help refine the future commissioning approach and; 3. To gauge the level of interest from the market of capable providers 4. To invite feedback from potential providers/the market on the proposed requirements 5.
