The Provider needs to be able to deliver all three interrelated elements of the Direct Payment Support service: (A) Advice Guidance and Support for Direct Payments (B) Holding Account for Direct Payment recipients (C) Payroll, HMRC and Pension services for Direct Payment recipients

We want individuals to be able to make informed choices, and the Council are committed to providing easily accessible, information, advice, and guidance in as wide a variety of formats as possible to ensure we provide the best opportunity for Individuals to consider taking a Direct Payment.
