## Summary

The buying organisation, Ministry of Defence, has initiated a procurement process for a construction project in London. The industry category is Building Construction and Maintenance Services. The procurement stage is currently in the Tender phase with a deadline for submission set for next month. This presents an opportunity for construction companies to bid for the project and expand their business.

This tender by the Ministry of Defence in the Building Construction and Maintenance Services category can provide growth opportunities for construction firms based in London or willing to operate in the area. Companies specialising in construction services and with experience in similar projects would be well-suited to compete in this tender process.
